Here's what to expect at your first appointment, what to bring, and how payment works. You don't need to be in a car accident to see us. We also see patients for everyday aches and pains, sports injuries and regular adjustments.

What to expect on your first visit
Your first visit has four steps, from a few forms to a plan for what comes next. Dr. Rosseland explains each one as you go, so nothing is a surprise.
A complimentary consultation is available to discuss whether chiropractic care may be appropriate for your needs. An examination is scheduled separately.
Brief paperwork
You fill out a short set of patient forms when you arrive. Everything you need is at the office, so there is nothing to print at home.

Payment
Payment and auto insurance
Our office does not accept health insurance. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.
The cost of care depends on the care recommended for your individual needs.
What to bring
- A photo ID
- For auto accident patients: auto insurance card, declarations page and claim number
If you were in an auto accident, bring your auto insurance information so the office can review your options.
Auto accident liens
If you were injured in an auto accident, you may qualify for treatment under a lien arrangement. A lien allows a provider to get paid from money recovered through a qualifying injury or auto accident claim.
Contact our office to discuss eligibility, whether an attorney is needed, and the payment terms that would apply to your care.
