Neck and back pain care in Tucson
Does your neck lock up at your desk, or your back ache every time you stand? Dr. Rosseland starts with a careful evaluation, then explains what he finds and your options. He has 30 years in practice, and same-day appointments are available when there is an opening.

Explained in plain language
Evaluation
A careful evaluation before any adjustment
What is behind neck and back pain varies from person to person, so Dr. Rosseland does not guess. Before recommending any adjustment, he takes a full history and examines your neck and spine, looking at:
- A full history
- How your spine and joints move
- Your posture
- What makes the pain better or worse
Then he tells you in plain words what the evaluation shows and whether chiropractic care is a good fit. If it points to a problem outside chiropractic care, he will say so.
Conditions
When it is more than a sore back
Neck and back problems show up in different ways. Each one starts with the same careful evaluation, so your plan fits what is actually going on.
Headaches linked to the neck
Some headaches are related to tension or stiffness in the neck. Dr. Rosseland checks whether that may be part of your picture. New or severe headaches should be checked by a medical doctor.
Posture and desk-related pain
Long hours at a desk or looking down at a phone can leave your neck and back stiff and sore by the end of the day. Care can include adjustments, plus exercises and habits to try at work.
Pain that travels
Pain, tingling or numbness that travels into an arm or leg needs a careful look. The evaluation checks for signs that you should also see a medical doctor or specialist.
